Start date Tuesday June 7th, Wednesday June 8th and Thursday June 9th
All nights start at 7:00pm
A maximum of 12 teams per night.
League fee is $200 per 4 person team with 2 substitutes. All team members must be registered to play!
The 2022 Drink Summer League will be the same 4-person format (crew cup). But this year there will be an upper and lower division. Social and Competitive.
To determine which divisions you will play in, the first four weeks of league play will be a round robin.
Your team will play 6 games per night. 3 games against one team and 3 against another. 48 games in total will be played the first 4 weeks.
After week 4 the teams will be divided into a top division – competitive and bottom division – social.
Once these divisions are created your team will play in that division the for the remainder of the season.
Weeks 5-10 will be regular play, 6 games per night 3 against 1 team and 3 against another.
Week 11 will be a double elimination tournament for each night, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Week 12 will be Tournament of nights. Double elimination tournament of the top 2 teams per night per division.
Payouts
Payouts will be on a percentage based depending on number of participants per night
At the end of 10 weeks $100 cash prize will be given to the best team in the social division and $100 in the competitive division for each night.
Week 11 (nightly tournament) – Cash prizes for the top 3 teams in each division.
A small percentage cash will be moved up to the competitive division.
Example: if Tuesday night fills with 12 teams, payouts for the Tuesday night tournament will be as follows
- Competitive division
- 1st place – $400
- 2nd place – $300
- 3rd place – $200
- Social division
- 1st place – $300
- 2nd Place – $200
- 3rd Place – $100
Week 12 – Tournament of Champions – Cash prizes to the top 3 teams in each division.
Because of the change to the 2 divisions, there will be a rules meeting June 2nd 2022 at The Drink at Lakewood at 7:00pm
